Part of the Easter 2026 release, the new report builder replaces the single-design PDF with a fully customizable system. Brand it, build it, save it as a template, and reuse it across every athlete.

BUILD & CUSTOMIZE
- Build your report, save as template — choose from a wide selection of pre-built pages, each with different metrics, graphs, and layouts. Add the ones you need, arrange your report, edit the text, and save it
- Flexible page builder — search for specific metrics (FatMax, fat combustion, lactate accumulation), preview the page, and insert it where you want. Portrait or landscape. Zoom into any graph for a detailed view
- Add your own coaching insights — the most requested feature from our users. Free text pages where you write training recommendations, interpretation guidance, or athlete-specific notes directly in the report
- Choose your language — pre-built in English, German, French, Spanish, and Dutch. Edit any text field in your own language so reports work for your market

The new PDF report is to be found on the athlete's head card just as the previous version. Just click on generate report and you will find a much greater looking design of the new PDF report. But this is not just an updated design.
There are lots of new features here. Number one is custom branding and color schemes. Now you can upload your logo and INSCYD will automatically pick up the brand colors from your logo and will adapt all the graphs in the report.
The cover page is adaptable to your sport to different sports and the color scheme is fully configurable. The second new feature is a library of 50 plus report pages. You can choose now from a library of more than 50 different pages for your PDF report.
Each page has different set of metrics, different graphs, different tables, and you can freely choose and customize which pages you want to include in your report. What's even more powerful is the ability to add your own custom text pages. Now you can add free text pages in any language you want and type your own coaching insights, your own interpretation, your recommendations directly into the PDF report.
And the last feature, maybe the most practical one, is report templates. Now you can create your own templates. Maybe a shorter version report for existing athletes or for athletes who are more advanced or a longer more detailed version for new clients.
You can customize these templates, name them, save them, and reuse them forever. So every time you generate a report now you can choose which template you want to use in just one click. So let's take a look at it in action.
Open up your athlete's head card, generate the report, and you'll find the new report builder. Start by clicking add pages and browse through the entire library. Choose the pages you want, arrange them in the order you want, add a custom text page with your own insights, preview it, download it, it's done.
