My name is Ferran Rodriguez, professor at the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia. My name is Toms Skujins, I ride for Cannondale-Drapac. My name is Philippe Hellard, I am the head of the research department of the French Swimming Federation. I'm John Giesemann, I'm the CEO of STAPS. My name is Dan Lorang, I'm a coach in professional cycling. INSCYD, I think, is a very, very nice product, derived from the work of more than 30 years. You collect several data, but it's very difficult to interpret that in terms of physiology.
What's inside? That's actually the name of the company. And I think what it does, it looks inside the muscle, inside the body, in order to understand much better what is happening, just based on a very limited number of measurements. What's really interesting for amateurs is to see their weaknesses, because sometimes they're really easy to improve. And if you find out on INSCYD, on the software, you can actually see what is your weakest link. My interest in the software is to obtain several measures of a fitness of athletes, and several metabolic indices that we can use for training and for analyzing fitness of the athletes.
For us, the customer retention rate with INSCYD is nearly seventy to eighty percent. The most important feature for me in INSCYD is to compare the performance of athletes on one side, or to compare the performance of one athlete during the whole year. With INSCYD I have a really good view of what happens from the last session to this session, so I really see what happens in performance.
