2-Day Performance Hackathon
Beyond Intensity, Volume and Interval Training
Learn scientifically proven methods from elite sport to increase performance without increasing training volume.
Most coaching and training programs gravitate around three variables:
- Training Volume
Training Intensity
Interval Design
And while these are the most important building blocks, they leave performan
What if your athletes could improve performance without simply training more or training harder?
What if you could improve running economy, heat adaptation, strength, aerobic capacity, anaerobic power, resistance to high intensity and fatigue, recovery, race-day performance and training adaptations using small hacks and nutrition strategies that complement, rather than change, the training program?
This highly practical 2-Day Performance Hackathon is designed for coaches who want to go beyond conventional training design and learn science-based performance tools proven in elite sport.
We will discover strategies, methods and protocols that increase specific aspects of performance. All hacks have one thing in common: no alteration of general training metrics such as intensity or duration.
Every strategy presented during the workshop is backed by scientific literature and tested in real-world coaching practice.
No theory for theory’s sake – only what is needed to understand the physiological mechanisms behind a hack.
No opinions extrapolated from experience.
No marketing hype.
Only practical methods and simple hacks that you can immediately implement with your athletes.

The HOW – Learning Format
This is not a 2-day lecture.
The workshop is intentionally designed to be highly interactive.
You will receive the building blocks in terms of scientific knowledge, use cases from elite sport and implementation guidelines to build ready-to-deploy protocols for each performance hack.
At the end of the two days, you will leave with a library of protocols – a toolbox you can use any time you have specific performance goals for any athlete you work with.
2 days. 20 seats.
2-Day Performance Hackathon
The WHO – Is This for You?
If you are a coach in endurance sports, team sports, or strength and conditioning, this 2-day workshop is for you.
If you are a personal trainer or health and longevity coach, this workshop is also for you.
Are you an athlete considering joining?
We have had athletes join previous educational events, and they enjoyed them a lot. Just be aware that not all hacks may be relevant to your specific sport.
Whoever you are, please note that no advanced physiology background or formal studies in exercise physiology or related fields are required.
The EXTRAS – What Else Is Included?
All participants receive complimentary access to selected INSCYD College courses before the workshop.
Value: approximately €300.
This allows participants to arrive with a common foundation and enables us to spend more time on practical application during the event.
You will also receive the Literature Pack: a curated collection of key scientific studies supporting every major topic covered during the workshop.
Coaching Differentiation
Learn methods that most coaches never encounter in formal coaching education.
These strategies can help you provide additional value to your athletes, strengthen your expert positioning and improve athlete retention.

LEARN FROM A PIONEER in Performance Optimization Diagnostics
Sebastian Weber, a renowned sports scientist and creator of INSCYD, has significantly influenced elite sports training with his expertise in exercise physiology and metabolic profiling. Sebastian has developed the first ever test to measure glycolytic power aka VLamax back in 2003. He has used his knowledge to some of the best world tour cyclists to win 9 world championship titles, Olympic medals and Tour de France victories.
Sebastian Weber is consulting and advising the German Swimming and Skiing Federations, the USA Triathlon Federation along many other elite organizations. He is also a teacher for German Triathlon Federation and for Olympic S&C coaching program.
